Looking to acquire and
operate one great business.

I'm Kouros Sazegar. I'm not a fund and I'm not a broker. I'm an operator looking to buy a good business, roll up my sleeves, and run it for the long term. If you've built something worth being proud of and you're thinking about what comes next, I'd like to talk.

I'm buying a business, not building a portfolio.

Most buyers are either private equity firms optimizing for a multiple, or individuals who've never actually run a business. I'm neither. I have an engineering and operations background, I've helped companies grow, and I'm ready to commit fully to one business.

I'm not looking to flip. I'm looking to own and operate something I can be proud of, take care of the team, and keep serving the customers who made it what it is.

If you've spent years building a business and you're ready for the next chapter, the last thing you want is to hand it to someone who treats it like a spreadsheet. I'll work alongside you through the transition for as long as it takes to get it right.

A business with customers who keep coming back.

I'm focused on service-based businesses with $300K to $2M in EBITDA. The details matter less than the fundamentals: good customers, a team worth keeping, and an owner ready for the next chapter.

01
Recurring or Repeat Revenue
Customers who come back on their own. Strong relationships, low churn, and a predictable revenue base that compounds over time.
02
Service-Based, Asset-Light
B2B or B2C service businesses where the value lives in the people, the processes, and the customer relationships.
03
Owner Ready to Transition
Whether you want a clean exit or a longer transition, I'm flexible. What matters is finding the right fit, not rushing to close.
04
Profitable and Stable
A business with solid fundamentals and room to grow. I want to build on what's already working, not start from scratch.
05
No Customer Concentration
A healthy spread of customers across the base, with no single relationship carrying outsized risk.
06
$300K to $2M EBITDA
The right size for a serious operator to step in and make a real difference without the overhead of a large institution.

Where I'm focused.

I'm open to most service-based industries but have spent the most time looking at businesses in these areas. If yours doesn't fit neatly into a category, that's fine — reach out anyway.

My Story.

Growing up, I watched close family members build their lives through entrepreneurship. I saw both sides of it: the hard work, the uncertainty, and the sacrifices, but also the pride and genuine joy that comes with building something of your own. The feeling of your employees becoming an extended family. The freedom of being in control of your own destiny. The sense of purpose that comes from doing something that is truly yours. Watching that up close made me realize that, despite the struggles that come with it, there is no better way to build a life than through ownership. That never left me. From a young age, this was the path I wanted to pursue.

Everything since has been building toward that. My time in engineering taught me how operations actually work at the ground level. At the EV startup, I learned firsthand how critical sales and marketing are to growing a business, building the go-to-market strategy from scratch and seeing directly how it translated into revenue. PwC showed me how to diagnose and improve operations at scale. Now I'm ready to put all of it to work running something I can be proud of for the long term.

Let's have a conversation.

If you're a business owner thinking about selling, a broker with a deal that might fit, or just someone who wants to connect, I'd love to hear from you. No pressure, no brokers in the room.
